HOW WE RUN TABLES

Fair Play Standards in Our Live Poker Rooms

Running live poker means every deal, every shuffle and every payout has to be verifiable. We keep our poker rooms to a standard that lets you check what happened in any hand — here's what that looks like in practice.

Studio-Certified Dealers

Dealers in our Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live poker rooms are certified by the studio itself. Training covers card-handling procedure, payout calculation and stream-facing conduct — not just platform rules.

Hand History on Your Account

Every poker hand you play is logged against your account. Open the session history tab to see bet amounts, cards dealt and final results — a useful check if a payout ever looks off.

RTP Where Providers Publish It

We only show RTP figures where Evolution or Pragmatic Play Live actually publish them for a specific table. We do not estimate or invent return percentages for tables that carry no published data.

Secure Table Sessions

Your poker session runs over an encrypted connection. Chip movements between your account wallet and the live table are logged in real time, so the balance you see always matches what the server holds.

POKER HELP DESK

Help When You Need It at the Poker Table

Questions come up mid-session — a disconnected stream, a bet that didn't register, a hand result you want clarified. Here's how we handle each one so you're not stuck waiting.

Team online

Stream or Connection Issues

If your live dealer feed drops mid-hand, refresh the table page first. Our support team can check session logs and confirm bet outcomes if the reconnect doesn't resolve it.

Hand Result Disputes

Every live poker hand is recorded server-side. Raise a dispute through your account's help section with the table name and approximate time — our team reviews the dealer footage.

Account or Chip Balance Queries

If chips don't reflect in your account after a poker session, contact support with your session ID. Resolutions are handled through the same account wallet tied to your bKash, Nagad or Rocket funding method.

123baji What Our Live Poker Channel Actually Offers

What Our Live Poker Channel Actually Offers

The Live Poker Channel on 123baji draws from studios run by Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live — two studios that stream from dedicated poker tables with trained dealers. You'll find Casino Hold'em alongside Holdem Poker Pro, each with its own bet-range tier so casual hands and higher-stakes rounds sit in different rooms. Teen Patti Tournament tables bring a locally familiar format into

the live-dealer environment. Side-bet options appear on select tables, and the stream quality adapts to your connection automatically. Access runs through the same account you use for the rest of the lobby — no separate wallet or login needed.

Live Poker Channel Terms Worth Knowing

New to live poker or just want a quick plain-language check? These are the terms that come up most when you're at the table — defined simply so you can focus on the hand.

What is Casino Hold'em in a live poker channel?

Casino Hold'em is a live poker variant where you play against the dealer rather than other players. You and the dealer both receive cards; the better five-card hand wins the round.

What does 'ante bet' mean in live poker?

The ante is the mandatory opening bet you place before any cards are dealt. It starts the hand and determines the minimum payout you receive if your final hand beats the dealer's qualifying hand.

What is a side bet in live poker tables?

A side bet is an optional wager placed alongside your main hand bet. It pays out based on specific card combinations — for example, a flush or a pair — independent of whether you beat the dealer.

What does 'fold' mean at a live dealer poker table?

To fold is to surrender your hand after seeing your initial cards, forfeiting the ante. You choose this when your cards are unlikely to beat the dealer, limiting further loss on that round.

What is Teen Patti Tournament format in live casino?

Teen Patti Tournament is a live three-card poker variant where hand rankings follow a traditional South Asian format. Players compete against the dealer; the format is familiar across Bangladesh and popular in live lobbies.

What does RTP mean for a live poker table?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the theoretical percentage a game pays back over many hands. Live poker tables only display this figure when the studio, like Evolution, officially publishes it for that specific game.

Common Questions About Our Live Poker Channel

These are the questions we get most often from players who've just found the Live Poker Channel or are deciding whether to try a table. Each answer is specific to how the channel works on 123baji.

The Live Poker Channel currently carries Casino Hold'em, Holdem Poker Pro, and Teen Patti Tournament. Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live supply the tables; availability depends on your eligible region under local law.

Yes. Fund your account through bKash, then open the Live Poker Channel from your mobile browser. The table lobby loads without a download; chip balance updates in your account wallet between sessions.

Log in, head to the Live Casino section, and filter by Poker. Select any open table — Casino Hold'em or Teen Patti Tournament — choose your chip size and place your ante to enter the hand immediately.

The hand resolves server-side even if your stream drops. Once you reconnect, the result and any payout or loss appear in your session history. Contact support with the session ID if the balance looks incorrect.

Every dealer in the Live Poker Channel is a real person, filmed in a certified studio operated by Evolution or Pragmatic Play Live. There are no automated or RNG-dealt hands in the live channel.

Winnings from live poker sessions settle into your account wallet. From there, you can request a withdrawal to Nagad or Rocket through the cashier section, following the standard account verification step.
